Pinot Nero (Vinified in black)
Famous red wine obtained from the crushing of a very little selection of pinot noir grapes, aged 8 months in barrels.
Color: ruby red with reddish purple nuance, brilliant
Bouquet: great elegance, very delicate and fruity
Taste: well balanced, dry with long finish
Alcohol: 13% vol.
Pairing: white meat, medium aged cheese cold cuts
Best served at 18-20°C.
