
“Atacama” Spumante Rosè
Made from Pinot Nero grapes vinified rosè, produced with Martinotti Mothod, leaving the wine “flower” on primary yeasts for at least 9 months. Its scent is intense and slightly gives the sensation of crusty bread, ecxellent aperitif, it is wine for seduction, perfect with fine shellfish.
