
“2278” Pinot Nero Spumante
Produced with Pinot Nero grapes, fermenting again the wine “flower” (wine just extracted from the must) in pressurized fermenters, according to the Martinotti method, for at least 7 months on primary yeasts. It combines its floreal notes and soft perlage to the excellent structure. Excellent aperitif, it is well paired with any kind of dish.
