
“2278” Pinot Nero Spumante
Made from Pinot Nero grapes, it is produced by fermenting again the wine “flower” (wine just extracted from the must) in autoclaves, according to the method Martinotti, for at least 7 months on primary yeasts. It combines to its excellent structure, floreal notes and a soft perlage. Excellent aperitif, it is well paired with any kind of dish.
