Pinot Noir “Bricco del Sasso”
Prestigious red wine made from the pressing of a small and selected batch of Pinot Nero grapes, it matures for approximately 8 months in barriques. Of a ruby red colour with shades of amaranth, it is shining and with good viscosity, delicate scent, very elegant with fruity cadences, it has a dry flavour and long persistence, it can be paired with meats in general, medium mature cheeses and cold meats.
