Sangue di Giuda D.O.C. “Poggio di Monteveneroso”
Made from Croatina, Barbera and Uva Rara grapes that grow in a limited area of Oltrepò Pavese. Characterised by its ruby red colour, it expresses its effervescence as soon as poured. Sweet with intense and floral scents, its characteristics make it one of the very few red wines for desserts in the world.

Bouquet: intense and floral.
Taste: sweet, medium body, very smooth, balanced with long finish.

Pairing: good with dessert especially with fruit jam cakes and pastasfoglia, elicious with strawberry.
