
Sangue di Giuda D.O.C.
Produced with Croatina, Barbera and Uva Rara grapes that grow in a limited Oltrepò Pavese area. Characterised by its ruby red colour, it expresses its effervescence as soon as poured. Sweet with intense and floral scents, its characteristics make it one of the very few red wines for desserts in the world.

Color: deep ruby red, with purplish-violet reflections,
bright and viscous
Perfume: intense and floral aromas

Alcoholic content: 7,5% vol.
Food pairings: excellent combined with desserts,
it is fine with fruit jam tarts, puff pastries.
Excellent with strawberries.
