Sparkling Red Wines

Produced with a selection of the best Barbera grapes, it is characterised by a deep ruby red colour, an intense and smooth flavour at the same time, it expresses its best features after aging in the bottle. Ideal with all kinds of meat but especially red meat such as roasts and grilled meat. Serve at 18-20°C.

Taste: intense and soft at the same time, with good
persistence and structure

Food pairings: feathered game and red meat as roasts and grills, excellent with mixed boiled meats.

Serving Temperature: 18/20°C
