An evening of great Encores

Giulio Fiamberti and we at Cantina Francesco Maggi have again organized another food and wine evening to offer taste experiences not to be forgotten.

After the success of the dinner at the Horti di Pavia in November, at the end of November we did an encore, and that is, we replicated the experience, this time in another Pavia location: the Muuteca.
It is a recently opened restaurant in the heart of the city, close to the Ticino River, a very charming corner of Pavia.
The atmosphere here is elegant, and we chose it for the food and wine event also because of this, as well as for its meat dishes 🥩 with attention to the smallest details, ideal companions to the red wines of Oltrepò Pavese.

🧑‍🍳Con our wines we accompanied the restaurant guests on a journey inside the flavors of the dishes prepared by the Muuteca Chef.

For each dish, of course the accompanying wines were always two, one glass for Giulio Fiamberti’s wine and one for our Francesco Maggi wine.

The menu then included: battuta di Fassona and tartare, with a glass of my Spumante Armonia and a glass of Giulio Fiamberti’s Spumante Caristoro. 🍾🍾

🍄‍🟫Per a tasty risotto with porcini mushrooms, we chose our two Buttafuoco, my Abbondanza and Il Cacciatore, from Fiamberti. 🍷🍷

Then, our two Historic Buttafuoco, my Vigna Rogolino and Giulio Fiamberti’s Sacca del Prete, could not be missed to accompany a fine cut of beef with red wine pears. 🍷🍷
