Our beloved Buttafuoco, in the month of November dedicated to him every year, returns to delight us with a new food and wine evening at the Dal Griss restaurant in Codevilla (PV), where he delivers incredible emotions every time.
How was the evening? We had no doubt, exceptional! Why?
🍖To begin with, our Cantina never chooses places at random: Dal Griss is a grill restaurant run by those with great experience, who know our wines well and know which of his dishes go well with our wine. Lorenzo – the owner of the restaurant – is a guarantee!
It is no coincidence that this is the umpteenth tasting we are organizing at his grill.
🍇Continuing, we can say that the evening was also memorable for another reason closely related to one wine in particular: our Buttafuoco Storico Vigna Rogolino: a new label that tells about the territory, but also about excellence.
Those who missed it, find here the info of the launch evening of Buttafuoco Storico Vigna Rogolino together with Stefano Bressani who designed and created the bottle label.
The art of excellence
🍷The Excellence we refer to is not only that of Wine on which we always put maximum effort.
🖼️Parliamo also of Figurative Art: those who follow us know that the Rogolino label was created by an incredible artist from Pavia, Stefano Bressani.
🧑🍳Parliamo also of Culinary Art, because here at the grill, the raw materials and the preparations are excellent.
🎵And between one tasty cut of meat and another, accompanied by the glasses of buttafuoco, there was no shortage of good Music.
In short, a perfect evening for everyone, us and our dinner guests!

🔗We firmly believe in the power of synergies among those who share the same land.
Synergies that express the best of who we are and that deserve to be told because they tell fragments of life, with their respective sector peculiarities, but with a common language that speaks of the same historic territory-the Oltrepò Pavese and Pavia-to pass on and enhance it.
