There is something touching when the passion for the land is intertwined with the love of family.
We chose to tell our story not only through taste, but also through image, using a drawing made by the two little girls of the Maggi house as a label for a new wine. 👩🎨 👩🎨
🎨 This time, behind the packaging, there is not only a producer. On one side there is a dad full of pride – Marco Maggi – who entrusts his daughters with the task of representing the land, the commitment, the quality of the wines of the ‘company. On the other side, there are two small creative minds who paint the world through their eyes.

About the winery’s newest addition, a Rhine Riesling DOC: its name is Folly.
Why does it bear this name? Because it reflects a journey that began at least 15 years ago, when the decision was made to really invest numerous resources to take the quality of Cantina Francesco Maggi’s wine production to the next level.
It seemed crazy at the time, yet we believed in it from the very beginning. Today, with the continued appreciation of our customers and the recognition we have received from industry experts, we feel rewarded for our courage.

Message in a bottle
For those who receive it, it will be more than just wine. It will be more than Riesling Renano – a noble grape variety that has found a congenial habitat in the hills of Oltrepò Pavese.
💌Follia is also a message full of enthusiasm from these two little artists: “In this land we were born, and with us our dreams will fly high.”
