Our winery leaves nothing out: it also produces dessert wines typical of the winemaking history of the Oltrepò. These are sweet Moscato and Sangue di Giuda, one of the few sweet red wines in the world. Both have always accompanied afternoon snacks or desserts at the end of a meal. And last but not least, we reserve a part of our production to Buttafuoco Chinato – an excellent digestive at end of the meal – and Buttafuoco’s grappa, after the coffee.
