Martinotti Method Rosé Sparkling Wine “Atacama” Extra Dry
Made from Pinot Noir grapes vinified in pink, it is produced according to the Martinotti (or Charmat) method, leaving the wine flower on the primary yeasts for at least 9 months. Extra Dry intense on the nose, it transfers a slight sensation of bread crust; it is excellent as an aperitif but is also a great “seduction” wine, perfect for a fine dinner with fine shellfish.
