Spumante Rosé Metodo Martinotti “Atacama” Extra Dry
Produced with Pinot Nero grapes, this sparkling wine vinified rosé is obtained leaving the wine “flower” on primary yeasts for at least 9 month, according to the Martinotti Method (or Charmat Method). An Extra Dry Rosé with a light sensations of bread crust; this the wine for seduction, ideal as an aperitif and perfect for an elegant dinner with the finest shellfish.
