Buttafuoco chinato “Chinà”
Exclusively made with Buttafuoco wine infusion for about 2 months with herbs, seasonings and cinchona. It is a wine of excellent structure, particularly suited after a meal.
It reaches 16%.
Grapes: Croatina, Barbera, Uva Rara
Vineyard’s location: Canneto Pavese
Soil: clay and sand
Vinification and fermentation: steel tanks
Aging: Infusion of about 60 days with China and aromatic herbs.
Color: Seep ruby red with brilliant reflections
Taste: Aged in small oak barrels and left to infusion with officinal herbs such as infusion of Cinchona bark and Quasso wood, Gentian root, Cardamom seeds, juniper berries, tonca bean, mace, chamomile, give elegance and softness to this full-bodied, passionate and intriguing wine
Food pairings: Excellent as a fresh aperitif with soda, superb as a digestive. Must be paired with dark chocolate.
Perfume: Perfectly blended delicate smell of wild berries, blackberries, balsamic notes and fine spices in the end
Alcoholic content: 16 % VOL.
