Buttafuoco Chinà Francesco Maggi

Cinchona flavoured wine” Chinà”

From integrated agriculture.

A chinato produced with Buttafuoco wine and chincona, with a deep and compact ruby red colour characterized by great shine.

On the nose, the notes of red fruit typical of Buttafuoco gently blend with a marked trace of medicinal herbs, such as cinchona, juniper berries and gentian.

On the finish, the memories of roasting and cocoa satisfy the sense of smell and sweeten the tasting moment.

The sip is vigorous and has great intensity, a marked softness makes the drink pleasant with persistent fruity and spicy notes.

A successful combination is the one with the hot chocolate cake and a red fruit sauce. A less conventional proposal for those who are not afraid of strong tastes is the combination with a smoked duck carpaccio. Those who love cigars, with the bent Buttafuoco can discover an interesting sensory complicity.
