Buttafuoco Abbondanza

Buttafuoco dell’Oltrepò Pavese DOC “Abbondanza”

From integrated agriculture.

This Buttafuoco reaches the senses with great impact, with an intense and deep ruby color.
The nose expresses all its fruity part of cherry and fresh, crisp plums, while the straightforward and slightly vinous finish brings youth to the glass.
On the palate, the great balance of softness and acidity allows a serving temperature a few degrees lower, if you want to bring more immediacy and simplicity to the sip.

Excellent companion to be combined with first and second courses of meat belonging to the tradition of Pavia, for example agnolotti of braised meat with braised sauce, or even in the final aperitif, before starting to enjoy the summer barbecue with friends.
