This wine comes from a vineyard laying on a steep hill from which it gets its name A prestigious wine that balances body and structure with delicacy and smoothness. Strictly a still wine, best paired with savory dishes such as red meats and game meat. Serve at room temperature.

Aging: 8 months in tonneaux and 6 months in bottle
