Buttafuoco Storico dell’Oltrepò Pavese DOC “Vigna Rogolino”

From integrated agriculture.

A modern and sincere Buttafuoco with a lively ruby color, with a nose of great complexity made of ripe fruit in alcohol and intriguing notes of oriental spices. The final part plays between mentholated and licorice notes. A true attractive nose.
In the mouth, the power of this buttafuoco is mitigated by an important savory vein, while a marked tannin is balanced with a clear and present softness.

A wine with a long persistence and gustatory dynamism, which is perfectly suited to a barbecue or red meat dishes with Middle Eastern sauces.
