Cortese sparkling with a beautiful straw, intense and vibrant yellow.
The scent of yellow-fleshed fruit alternates with notes of acacia and chamomile with a refreshing herbaceous after-smell. On the palate, the effervescence is lively and savoury, with fresh vegetal tips and a youthful and lively character.
It is an excellent companion at aperitif time; it goes well with platters of soft cow’s milk cheese and with vegetarian dishes such as a steaming zucchini lasagna.
