Croatina Igt Provincia di Pavia “Bazzina” – sparkling
A youthful Croatina dressed in ruby of good transparency. The nose is fragrant and immediate, with notes of cherry and morello cherry, hints of cloves and dried flowers. The sip, with its foam, is lively; the slight residual sugar is balanced with polite tannins, the delicate and persistent freshness makes it pleasant to drink.
Ideal companion on an aperitif with semi-aged cheese or with a risotto with sausage.
