This wine is made from selected grapes: 50% Italic Riesling and 50% Rhine Riesling that are harvested from a vineyard where the strains mostly are over 60 years old, with a yield per hectare around 60 tons. Left overnight to macerate in contact with the skins, the day after it is drawn off and fermented at a controlled temperature of 16°C for about ten days.
