Rosato “Castelline”

Slightly sparkling rosé wine, obtained from the vinification of Croatina and Uva Rara grapes. It is left during one night in contact with the skin. Alcoholic fermentation is followed by malolactic fermentation. It offers a flavor of enjoyable, elegant, fresh and fruity fragrance; it is the perfect drinkable aperitif. Very enjoyable throughout the meal. To be tasted also with pizza.

Color: deep pink
Taste: soft, persistent taste with pleasantly appetizing finish, fresh and very fine.
Food pairings: cold cuts, cheese, grilled vegetables, ideal with “raspadura” cheese.
Perfume: intense, fragrant with exuberance of red berries
Alcoholic content: 12,5% vol.
Serving Temperature: 12-16°C
